Compare the eligible vehicle options and fares, choose whether you are booking for yourself or a guest, review the journey and total, and continue to secure payment through Pesapal. After payment is confirmed, your booking reference and status appear in your account. Chauffeur details appear once assigned.

Kitlio focuses on Nairobi, including JKIA and Wilson Airport. Enter the route online to check for an available fare. If no configured rate is found, use the quote reference to contact Kitlio about the journey.

Cancellation terms vary by service, vehicle, booking value, and notice period. Charges may apply, and some late cancellations may be partly or fully non-refundable. No refund applies to a no-show, incorrect booking details, or cancellation after the chauffeur has been dispatched.
