Kitlio’s stated service standard is professional conduct and safe, responsible driving under Kenyan law. If your booking requires a particular chauffeur qualification, protocol, or handling instruction, raise it before confirmation so Kitlio can review it.

If a particular dress or presentation standard matters for a business meeting, wedding, formal event, or guest arrival, include it in the enquiry and have the requirement confirmed for the booking.

You may share a chauffeur preference when discussing the trip, but assignments depend on availability and may change where necessary. A specific chauffeur is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

The confirmed booking or quotation explains what the fare covers. If you need clarification about gratuities, ask Kitlio before travel rather than assuming they are included in or required by the fare.
