What happens if my vehicle is different from what I booked?
In the rare event of an unexpected mechanical issue, we may substitute your vehicle to ensure your pickup remains on time. We prioritize maintaining your schedule and safety; if a lower vehicle class is used, we will proactively refund the difference in fare.
